Braking Unit For VFD
CDBU energy consumption braking unit is based on the IGBT module as the main component, small size, easy to use, can be used in parallel. It is widely used in variable frequency drive system. When the frequency converter controls the motor in rapid and descending operation, the work function will be converted into electrical energy and stored in the DC bus due to the inertia of the load, which will cause the inverter to be in protection of over voltage or fault. The braking unit automatically detects the DC bus voltage then switches to release the regenerative power energy to the braking resistor to get stable running of the inverter in a variety of operating grid.
Regenerative Type
SB4 four-quadrant vector control inverter can be used for potential energy or large inertia loads with rapid deceleration and feeds the regenerative energy generated during braking back to the grid to realize bidirectional energy flow. The frequency converter does not need to install a dynamic braking unit and resistor. The regenerative energy is no longer consumed in the form of heat energy, which brings greater energy-saving effects, and the deceleration is more stable and reliable. The front end of the Bebort four-quadrant inverter adopts IGBT PWM rectification technology, optimizes the SVPWM control algorithm, and the power factor is close to 1, which reduces the harmonic pollution to the power grid and makes the inverter truly a “green inverter”.
